Dog Days

Well. I'm extremely bummed out. We got approved to adopt through the rescue. You'd think that would be something to celebrate right? Well, it is. But the whole reason for the process in the first place, that beautiful little face in the post below, is probably going to another home. I'm devastated.

I know I fall in love with pets easily, but I don't think that's a fault. I've done a bunch of searching through other shelters in my state, even petfinder, and can't find anyone who compares to this guy.

I know it's horrible, but I'm secretly hoping that this new home doesn't work out for him. I really Really REALLY REALLY want to be this sweet puppy's family.

Slightly depressed.
